HRSA OPAIS is a registration database. It records who is enrolled in 340B and which contract pharmacies they have registered. It carries no purchase volume, no revenue, no 340B savings and no claims. For that reason there is not a single dollar figure anywhere on this dashboard, and the build fails its own QA if a currency symbol appears.
Everything on screen is a count, a date, or a score computed from counts and dates. Every entity name, address, official, phone and NPI is read verbatim from a source file. The two scores are PRISM's opinion, and both are shown as full arithmetic inside every row.
Four numbers, each recounted straight from the source export. Terminated and non-participating entities are excluded from every one of them, and from every view below.
